Terms of Service

Last updated: September 23, 2026

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and MLNOW Inc., an Ontario corporation operating as AlgoMap.io (“AlgoMap”, “we”, “us” or “our”). They apply when you use algomap.io, its lessons, roadmap and practice content, any paid plan, the AlgoMap Bootcamp, and our emails, texts and calls (together, the “Services”).

AlgoMap.io is a business name registered in Ontario to MLNOW Inc. They are the same company, not a parent and a subsidiary. When you deal with AlgoMap, you are dealing with MLNOW Inc.

By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

The short version

1. Who can use AlgoMap

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account, sign up for the roadmap, or give us your contact details. To buy a plan or join the Bootcamp, you must be an adult (the age of majority where you live) and able to enter into a binding contract. You agree that the information you give us is accurate and yours to give.

2. Your account

You can sign in with your Google account. Keep access to it secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so tell us right away if you think someone else has used it. Accounts are personal: don’t share yours, and don’t share your access to paid content or the Bootcamp.

3. The free content

The roadmap, lessons, problem explanations and videos are free to use for your own learning. Access to some content requires signing up with your name, email address and phone number. We may add to, change or remove free content at any time.

Practice problems often link to third-party sites such as LeetCode. AlgoMap is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, LeetCode or any company named on the site, and those sites have their own terms.

4. Paid plans

Checkout through Paddle. Paid AlgoMap plans are sold through Paddle.com, which acts as the reseller and merchant of record. Paddle handles checkout, billing, taxes, invoices and refunds for those purchases under its own Buyer Terms, and your payment will appear on your statement from Paddle. We provide the plan itself under these Terms.

Prices. Prices are shown at checkout in your local currency, including tax where applicable. We may change prices for future billing periods; if we do, we will tell you before the change affects you, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

Automatic renewal. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period, and your payment method is charged, until you cancel.

Cancelling. You can cancel at any time, using the link in your Paddle receipt or by emailing support@algomap.io. Cancelling stops future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

Refunds. Refunds for plans are handled by Paddle under its Refund Policy, which you can use through paddle.net. If something has gone wrong, email us; we will look at every request fairly. Nothing in this section limits refund or cancellation rights you have under the law (see section 19).

5. The AlgoMap Bootcamp

Applying. The Bootcamp is a paid coaching program. Admission is at our discretion. We may ask you to apply and to speak with our team first. Our Privacy Policy explains how we assess applications.

Your Enrollment Agreement. If you join, you will sign a separate Enrollment Agreement. It sets out the price, currency, payment schedule, what the program includes and when, and your cancellation and refund terms. If the Enrollment Agreement and these Terms conflict, the Enrollment Agreement wins. Payments for the Bootcamp may be taken through Stripe, Whop or another provider named in your agreement.

The program. We may update the curriculum, schedule, coaches and tools to keep the program current, as long as the overall value of what you signed up for is not reduced. Please don’t record, share or resell sessions, materials or community content, and treat coaches and other students with respect.

6. No guarantee of results

We teach skills and coach you through the interview process. We do not guarantee that you will get an interview, a job offer, a particular salary or any other outcome. Results depend on your effort, background, the job market, and decisions made by employers we don’t control. Testimonials and success stories on our site are real experiences of individual students; they are not typical or guaranteed results. Any salary figures we mention are for illustration only.

7. Not an accredited institution

AlgoMap provides professional skills training and coaching. We are not a university, college or accredited educational institution, and we do not grant degrees, diplomas or government-recognized credentials. Any certificate or badge we give you only shows that you took part.

8. Messages and SMS terms

If you give us your phone number, you agree that MLNOW Inc. o/a AlgoMap.io may contact you at that number by text message (SMS) and phone about AlgoMap, our content and the Bootcamp, including with marketing messages and messages sent using automated technology, as permitted by law. You don’t have to agree to marketing texts to buy anything from us.

Marketing emails always include an unsubscribe link. Emails and texts are opted out separately; see our Privacy Policy.

9. Acceptable use

When you use the Services, you agree not to:

10. Our content

The Services, including the roadmap, lessons, explanations, videos, Bootcamp materials, and the AlgoMap name and logo, belong to MLNOW Inc. or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them for your own learning while you follow these Terms. You may use the code from our solutions in your own practice and in interviews. You may not republish our explanations, videos or materials as your own.

If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything.

11. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post, such as Post Board posts. You give us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute it as part of running the Services. You are responsible for what you post and confirm that you have the right to post it. We may remove content that breaks these Terms.

12. Other services and links

The Services link to and use services we don’t control, including LeetCode, YouTube, Google, Paddle and our scheduling tools. Their own terms apply, and we are not responsible for their content or how they work.

13. Changes and availability

We are always improving AlgoMap, so features and content will change. We try to keep the Services available, but we can’t promise they will be uninterrupted or error-free. If we permanently stop offering a paid plan you have paid for in advance, we will refund the unused part.

14. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, if we must do so by law, or to protect the Services or other users. Where reasonable, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. The Enrollment Agreement governs ending your Bootcamp enrollment. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as 10, 11 and 15 to 21) continue after termination.

15. Disclaimers

To the extent the law allows, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Our educational content is general information, not professional career, legal or immigration advice. Some places do not allow these exclusions, so they may not all apply to you.

16. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows:

These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them, including liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence, and they do not limit your rights as a consumer.

17. Indemnity

To the extent the law allows, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs from third-party claims caused by your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or content you post. This does not apply to losses we cause.

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If there is a dispute, please email us first. Most problems can be sorted out quickly, and we will try in good faith to resolve yours within 30 days.

Unless the law gives you the right to go to court elsewhere, disputes will be decided by the courts of Ontario, sitting in Toronto. If you are a consumer, you may be entitled to bring a claim in the courts where you live, and the mandatory consumer protection laws of your home jurisdiction still protect you. These Terms contain no arbitration agreement and no class action waiver.

19. Your consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be waived. That includes the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002 and similar laws where you live, and rights to cancel an agreement, get a refund, or ask your card issuer to reverse a charge in the situations those laws set out. If any part of these Terms conflicts with those rights, the law wins.

20. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If a change significantly affects your rights, we will make it prominent on the site or tell you directly before it takes effect. Changes don’t apply to a dispute that arose before them. If you keep using the Services after a change takes effect, the new Terms apply. If you don’t agree to them, stop using the Services and cancel any paid plan.
